Absolutely unbelieveable. Either this is a bad April fool’s joke (a favorite pasttime of Blizzard Entertainment) or there was a meeting to determine how best to start screwing up a sure thing. In a mindbogglingly stupid announcement from Blizz Con it was revealed that StarCraft II, which is already going to be late, is now set to be released as a trilogy, rather than as a single game. As in, one race per game.

So here’s an interesting bit. It looks like EA’s now aborted shooter based in the Command & Conquer universe has joined the ranks of StarCraft: Ghost as another failed attempt of changing RTS over to FPS. What’s really most amusing about future trivia question known as Tiberium is that it was cancelled because of an in-house quality control check. And I quote:
